About the Course
The VETWorkS Culinary Arts Program will allow you to follow your passion in the culinary arts arena while gaining a solid academic foundation, critical business and technical knowledge, and in-person/hands-on skills training in culinary arts and foodservice operations. A certification in culinary arts will position you for a variety of career paths, such as:
i. Baker
ii. Banquet Manager
iii. Chef or Sous Chef (additional training required)
iv. Food and Beverage Manager
v. Food Inspector
vi. Grocery Store Manager
vii. Restaurant Manager or Owner
Certifications that you will receive include: Serv-SafePro, Maryland and National Food Handlers Certification
